TenderBand™ Border Gauze Dressing is a moderately absorbent dressing with multiple layers. The first layer consists of a foam pad that protects the wound surface and absorbs exuding wounds. The pad has a protective layer that is low-adherent, lowering the risk of damage to the healing wound. A non-woven adhesive tape secures the dressing to the skin. The flexible dressing is conformable, aiding in the maintenance of a moist wound environment during the healing process. The dressing may be used alone or with other dressings.
